E90 interior swap (seats & trim)

Hi all! Mine's an LCI e90 sedan with standard power/heated/lumbar seats in good condition which I'd like to upgrade for sport seats. I understand it's a simple plug-and-play as long as the donor seats are from an LCI sedan or wagon as well.
Of course, the side bolsters won't work unless a wire connection can be routed.

I've thought of using pre-LCI seats too but that'd involve swapping my existing active head rests & the wiring to the module....a bit of a pain from what I've read.

Also would like to swap out my stock dark walnut trim (in excellent condition) to the silver aluminum one, which I feel looks better in a black interior.

Any takers out there?
