Need Help ASAP with crank but no start

2007 E93 n54 MSD80

So my wire harness that goes to the coils had a exposed wire ( didn't notice it)until it sparked while removing engine cover. Light in the car dimmed and came back on. Car wouldn't start just cranks, I scanned with MHD and had no error codes.

Someone suggested changing coils and plugs but no luck. another said dme relay I swapped tit with the fan relay no luck, but I wasn't 100% sure if that was the DME relay in the fuse box. Don't have a blue relay in ecu box.

I even checked mosfets and continuity was good. The coil wires are also good I checked continuity on all of them After I reinstalled the DME I got the following codes

29E2 -DME- Fuel injector rail, pressure-sensor signal
29F3 - Fuel low pressure sensor, electric
2ACB -DME master relay, activation
2ACC Master relay, shift delay
2CF9 Throttle valve potentiometer 1
2CFA " " " 2
2D09 THROTTLE

BEFORE I START REPLACING RANDOM PARTS CAN ANYONE HELP ME PINPOINT THE REAL PROBLEM?
if the dme is bad what's my best option in terms of upgrading to MSD81?

Coil power comes from the ECU. If no power is present, look for blown ECU fuses . As long as there are no cam, crank sensor codes, it should start if ECU power is present.
