E92 335i 18x9 fitment

Hi all thinking about buying wheels for my 335i I was looking to do a square setup of 18 inch diameter wheels by 9 inches wide the wheels are mounted on 265/35/18 size tires with an offset of 31mm. I just wanted to make sure that they will fit without any rubbing issues before I decide to pull the trigger on them. I also do not want to run camber plates/arms or spacers. Thanks for the help in advance

I run 18x9 square, ET35, but 255/35's. I can't fit my pinky finger between tire wall and strut up front, but no problem. Not sure about 265, but its only marginally wider.

Does it rub the wheel linings at all over bumps? Or is it all good

I track the car, and never any rubbing at all.

OEM sport springs, Bilstein HD's, M3 control arms

No spacers, but I do run Dinan camber plates and -2.85 negative camber. But tire is still same distance no matter.

Camber plate tilts the entire strut assembly inward, the hub and wheel stay in the same location as stock no matter what, so yes I think so, but not sure on the tire size.

I had my car lowered and Ground Control adjustable camber plates installed at the same time. My mechanic set them to the "neutral" setting which was basically no camber at all, actually slightly positive according to the alignment shop. When they aligned the car to -2.5 front camber, I got a lot more clearance with the top of the fenders.

The main thing you have to watch out for is if you have the factory oil cooler, the vent grille behind it in the front passenger fender well often breaks and this causes rubbing. I had rubbing in that corner and discovered my oil cooler vent grille was broken.

You think this offset would work with coilovers? I have 2010 2 door 335 xdrive and was thinking of running this same setup

I would think with coilovers it would work ok.
