my recently purchased 06 330i and I need help!

I bought this 06 330i a few months ago.. The car has around 125k on the orginal n52/6spd auto drive train. It had new brakes/rotors and tires and I replaced belt/idler pulley/tensioner and power steering pump. The car is extremely solid besides needing new shocks.

my navi went out and I really need help with it if anyone knows anything here's my post
