What is the total cost for a car with a Sirius module (I'll remove the sirius and replace with the new HD module)?

$275. Yes, you would swap one module for the other and take advantage of all your existing connections.
You would also need coding of course.

The IBOC module, antenna cable, connectors, and know-how.

I have a 2008 335xi with iDrive and Sirus. Does the kit come with everything I need to perform the retrofit (all brackets, hardware, etc)? I can handle the NCS programming. Can you PM the total cost for the kit, shipped to Seattle?

Will you be replacing the sirius module for the HD Radio module?

That's the plan. Unless the car is pre-wired for CDC -- I haven't checked yet. I don't use the sirus radio so it's no loss to replace with HD.
