update...so total cost was 19,500.00!...they should have totaled this car...I am sure the auto body guys do this on purpose to low ball estimate at first to get repairs started and not be a total loss, then they add things as they go slog...first estimate was 11K...then 16K...final 19.5K...a joke.

To top of off, I refused to take the car as many seams were inconsistent(i.e.-by headlight assembly and corner of trunk lid) and paint blemishes on hood.

This was at the BMW dealerships auto body shop...moral of story, never trust any repair shop and go over the car with fine tooth comb...if someone like me can find these imperfections in 2 minutes you are telling me the pro's didn't see it?

Finally got car back after 80 days!...who wants the white one?...

I like the M wheels a lot better...never really noticed the exterior fascia differences until i had the two cars side by side.

TBH, that's a lot of cash to pay for cosmetic damage, expert wash, clay polish etc. did they at least give you a check list on everything they repaired with a breakdown on each and every bolt n nut n part...? if not, I would certainly ask..

I trust your ride still feels the same.

I really need to floor my garage. Jealous.

How is that flooring for when you're rolling around on a creeper?

Yup, I have everything itemized...way more than cosmetic damage...even the urea tank and exhaust had to be replaced...new trunk and hood too...just the drivers side headlight assembly was 1200.00.

Car drives rock solid...funny this car is stiffer and has heavier steering feel when compared to the M Sport car...handles perfectly...only negative is the interior smell from recent paint job.

The flooring is great...can be abit noisy though...glad I didn't do epoxy cause thats too risky...when I damage a tile I just pull it out and replace.

I have no idea what a creeper is...
