Um... spray it with a hose.
Press the gas

If you see little bubbles, you need a new one.

Get it replaced looks like its got a hole, if it has a hole in it be careful if it rains or dusty areas. It will be unfiltered directly into your intake manifold, intake valves, cylinders.

Well if you have been driving around getting on it as usual and haven't gotten a check engine light then if you have a hole, it's a small one. Drive the car normally. I wouldn't rag on it, but its not a huge deal until you can do whatevcer it is you want to do about it. No, it won't make a difference in anything related to inside the car.

It may look nasty, but to tell you the truth I've seen WAY worse on radiators with no leaking. Unless it's affecting your performance don't even waste your time.

UPDATE:
