Recommend a head unit

Looking for one in this style. Looking for wireless carplay, android based would be preferred but not necessary. I've tried the eonon ga9465 and it played the door chimes through the canbus box. I don't want that, I want one that plays the chimes through the car speakers. I've heard some aliexpress ones keep the original chime. How can I tell which ones do that?

I've been looking hard at the Joying units. While they do have a few similiar to the design you are looking at doing built completely into the console. I'm leaning towards the much bigger screen that pops out a bit.
