Xander has done this, you may want to talk to him about it.

Here was his thread from nyspeed: http://www.nyspeed.com/showthread.ph....-Carbon-fiber
Cool! I have beige interior and I love the CF leather look with a light interior on the M3 !

9 - 3:30. Weather looks good too. I am prepping a white lotus evora S for this show and I think will just be hanging around with the owner during it.

I was there today but just for a short time. I cleaned up my car real nice just to park it in the stone parking lot and get all dusty. And it was a disaster after driving all the way to Holland speedway for Crasharama last night with rain and dust and dirt and mud and ohhhh man.

Anyway, had to go after work, so I didn't get there until about 2:00 PM. Was still in a shirt and tie so I was hot and miserable!

Most of the Bimmers seemed to have moved on except for a few Zs, an old (awesome) Isetta, and an older 3-series. I really enjoyed the cars that were there though.

I am definitely going next year, and I'll be sure to get out of work earlier.

I might actually register my 09 328i. There was nothing like it there!

Man, I wish I knew you guys went. Nic, you should have emailed or called. I was surprised there weren't more BMWs. There were only a handful there though.

I was there with the white Evora S and the owner's other car. Was up doing new car prep and some light correction until 2am on it. The owner met me later in the morning with a bacon/egg/cheese bagel and coffee from Manhattan Bagel and I got to rip on it a little bit on the way to the show - what a super neutral, instant powered, smooth, well balanced car. Heck of a soundtrack too.

No problem!!! Mike

I've heard that with a Lotus it feels like you are sitting on the floor! Is that true?
I would have loved to see it! I think they have great lines!

Well I've just had my 335i cherry popped! LOL
I have never really driven one other than when I did my Performance Center Delivery, I had one back on their track!

I had my car in for an LED taillight issue and they gave me a 2010 335i Xdrive stick! The power is great!! I also love the sound it makes!!

Things I miss from my 328i
- Sport PKG love the seats and fat steering wheel!
- Euro split armrest I'm really starting to love this mod!
- Montego blue! I love my color this 335i is Silver and it's too plain for me!

Overall 335i is a great loaner especially when I should not be getting one since I didn't buy my car from Towne BMW!!

Nice! Yes the 335i has a nice bit of power under the hood ... just wait till you drive a chipped one.

LSD and suspension first, I say. Then power.

So I'm starting to get less busy with unpacking, work, and grad school so I wanted to organize a get together for photos, food, and coding! I'm gonna be starting a thread real soon but I'll be coding peoples cars, hopefully we can get someone with some photography skills to take some sick photos, and a buddy of mine owns a food cart that I'm gonna try to get to make an appearance (if we can get enough people). Let me know if you're interested! Here's the link: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=706626

Like Jeller said, I did the carbon fiber over wood trim, if I had to do it all over again I would, to this day I am still happy with it,( three years ago)

That sucks Nick. You could try a DIY if you're up to it:

i've seen many different attempts out there, but none are ever perfect. I had one repaired at the "wheel collision center" before, but honestly they were almost as expensive as a new wheel.

+1 he did my m172's last year. Slow turn around but looked pretty damn good seeing how beat they were when i got them. I think I paid 70 per wheel beat 750 each at the dealer

I have yet to get mine fixed, but I asked at Towne BMW a few months ago if they know of anybody and she gave me card of the person they use and it happens to be J.M. Wheel Repair. I believe it is just somebody who does it out of their house but she said he is very good.

If you do use him please post an update of how they turned out. My wheel isn't too bad (just one wheel that has a few scrapes on the face), but I have been putting it off too long and I would love to here how you make out.
