DWA LED Issue(Red Mirror Alarm LED)

I retrofitted the Homelink mirror to my 2013 e92 328i. Now I have a 9CF9 “DWA LED Defective” code. It’s the little red LED in the bottom of the mirror for the alarm. Everything else on the mirror works auto dimming,compass,homelink.

Does anyone know how to test of the LED, like what pins I’d test with the multimeter? Is it possible to replace just the LED?

i believe that wiring pinout on some connector may have changed
so i advise you to compare the wiring from car to mirror and wiring to car from mirror
and also do that with old mirror

I got the mirror from a junkyard and went ahead and took the whole harness that connects to the FZD module in the roof so it’s probably not the pin out.

Anyone know which pins/wires I’d test for the LED itself?
