E92 BMW M3, no sound after battery died and replaced

Hello! I have an odd issue I am hoping someone has some advice to help me with. I have 2013 e92 M3. The battery was giving the discharge warning and eventually seemed to have gone out while I was parked. I had the battery jumped, which seemed to have damaged the FRM.
I replaced the FRM, this fixed the other issues it was having.
I replaced the battery (well, had it replaced at best motor werks in columbus OH). It was coded properly etc.
However now, there is no audio coming from the vehicle at all. Nothing. Radio will not work, no warning sounds etc.
I have checked the fuses, all seem fine.
There was a small spark when the battery was jumped.
Best motor werks said they don't have the proper computer system to diagnose/ repair whatever this issue is.
Really hoping I can figure out if there is any easier fix I can do on my end before taking to the dealership.
If anyone else has had a similar issue/ heard of a similar issue, I would really appreciate any help.
Thanks!

Does the display on the Radio Work or Idrive/nav ? If so then
If they you have a Logic 7 Sound system they may have disconnected the
Most Bus Test Point and not reconnected it.

Don't take your BMW to a non BMW shop.
How can they register the battery or reprogram it if they don't have
as system that talks to the car?
The proper jump or charge points for the car are under the hood.

Find and independent BMW shop
or get some diagnostics and learn something about the car.
This will save you a ton of money is you are a little bit technical and mechanical.

To be clear, best motor werks is a BMW repair shop. They are not an official BMW dealership, just a repair shop that specializes in BMW/ VW.
They did code the battery correctly to the vehicle.
The NAV etc and radio do function, but there is no audio.
I should have specified, there was no audio when the battery was jumped. Before it was jumped, it worked fine.
After it was jumped, the FRM clearly was damaged (no turn signals etc).
I replaced the FRM myself, the FRM came from bmw_support on ebay.
I knew the FRM was unlikely to fix the audio, but nnot sure what else controls the audio.
Battery is properly coded to the vehicle etc.
No audio whatsoever. Best motor werks explained that they don't have the proper computer system to diagnose the speaker/ etc issue.

There is very little in the way of diagnostics for the speaker and amplifier.
Ista D would tell you if the car can communicate with the Head unit and the
Most Bus modules. If you have the Logic 7 system there are diagnostic LED's
on the Logic 7 amp .
If the Head unit is dead (no power) there is fuse on the back of the head unit as well as the fuse in the Cabin fuse board.
If you hope to do this your self you will have to know which Head Unit you have and which
Sound system you have .
So basically you have to know something about the system to fix it, unless you get lucky.

Frm modules are noted to be fragile and often die with just programming it is not
common for the modules in the rest of the system to fail that easily .

Any BMW shop should have something that reads an programs the modules.
You can get ista d and standard tools that does this on laptop for the cost of
a K/D can cable (bimmergeeks.com ) and free downloads you can find online.
Though it's not as easy to get as it used to be and there is some setup and a learning
curve . Or you could get Bimmergeeks Pro tool for your phone.
Doesn't mean that you won't have to do homework to understand the system.
