I have used n54 turbos. 85k on them. One waste gate leaks and it threw a 30FF in the high RPMs. You can buy a rebuild kit for the wastegate and/or turbos if you are so inclined online. I would never put used turbos on a car given the amount of labor it takes.

I am pretty sure you have an N55 so this does not help you. Just buy the bigboost 3.4 kit and be done with it: https://bigboostturbo.com/products/b...35459218964631
