Confusing as heck: brake part numbers for '08 335xi
My stealership wants to charge an arm & leg for brake replacement (front & rear) - perhaps they're due for replacement (50K miles), and I decided to get BMW OEM parts online instead. At eEuroparts.com, I saw:
4 different part # for front brake pads: 34 11 6 771 868 - $120 34 11 6 767 191 - $130 34 11 6 764 540 - $143 34 11 2 283 865 - $158 Only 1 for brake rotor: 34 11 6 770 729 and 1 for brake wear sensor: 34 35 6 789 441 1 part # for rear brake pads: 34 21 6 791 938 1 part # for rear brake sensor: 34 35 6 789 445 1 part # for rear brake rotor: 34 21 6 764 655 So...which of the 4 brake pad part # is correct? And are the rest OK as well? |
