Wanted: E92 Performance Diffuser (320/325/330)

As above, I'm looking for a decent quality 320/325/330 performance diffuser (with the slats) - I need one that'll fit a 325d so one with the dual exhaust won't do!

(Hope you dont mind! First image that came up on google and is exactly what I want!)

Say what!

I did their price finder thing earlier but still waiting for a quote and thought I would post this in the mean time.

£120 seems like a bargain! Keeping my fingers crossed lol..

It'll be about that and not far off at all mate. Best get it brand new from them all genuine and then have it resprayed to your choice of colour.

Any recommendations/pics of what colour you guys think I should get it sprayed for a black sapphire car?

I'm thinking satin black? I much preferred the satin black diffuser I used to have compared to the glossy grey one I have now!

£120 will be for the older style diffuser, not the new performance diffuser as in your link.

The performance diffuser new is approx £270.

What's the customer service like at BMW Mini Parts ?

Heart breaking

Well when I've used them before they've responded within say 15mins - an hour with the parts/price finder thing they have, and I received the items about 2 days after ordering, so I definately rate them

Jammy78- I'll need to paint the diffuser either way, any idea what sort of price you would want for it ?

Also, does anyone know if I need part number 5 (51122179544)? as it looks like my car already has something very similar (if not identical) fitted to the standard m sport diffuser..

No mate, just unclip the old one and the new one goes straight on!

It comes in two parts! The diffuser and the centre slats part!

The under tray is used to help it stay in place but it's not really needed! I've got it with mine - you can't use it with the tray with the standard diffuser!

Also, I don't think you'll get the stickers that go in the top corners?

oh its a pic of my car ha ha.. i got it from bmw comes in two parts and came with the stickers ..but didnt just slot straight on, you have to trim and cut away part of the old under tray to make it fit..so get your DIY head on. bit fiddly but not rocket science.

Hi yeah i trimmed my tray to fit and keep it on, bit off a bugger to do with sharp knife but didnt like idea of it not being on there, keeps the dirt out and smooth airflow etc, I kinda paired it up and then layed flat trimmed it and kept matching up till it fitted perfect. Somewhere on this forum i did take pics and do instructional thread.?? Ill try and find.
