335i Jerky Transmission Kickdown? And Turbo Question

Hey All,

Couple of Questions:

1) I notice, when I'm slowing down (on occasion) that at lower speeds, say 20-30kms/hr, I notice a bit of a jerky kickdown in my transmission. Typically it's like I'm cruising along in city traffic, then start to slow down by releasing the gas (this is typically rush hour bumper to bumper) and around 20-30kms/hr, I on occasion feel a bit of a kickdown in the transmission as it's probably gearing down.

Is this normal?

2) How do I know my Turbos are operational? Lately I haven't felt that much "Zoom" in my car, though since my TINT I've babying more trying not to draw too much attention.

Still, how do I know turbos are 100%?

You might be feeling the torque converter lockup disengage at such low speeds.
