its a nice addition, but only if you are worried about overboosting or just like the extra display and lights IMO.
honestly, its one of those mods I would like to have but not spend too much on. also, not sure about placement of gauge and look of pod. I hope to get a look at one locally.

This after being ridiculed and told the Dynos were no good etc. If I had a gauge (an after though. Hind sight 20/20 they say) I would have been able to prove instantly that the flash was crap and did nothing at all.

Now Rix, please tell us why we need to remove it for dealer visit. Is it warranty voiding or what is the deal? I thought this is an innocuous device and BMW shouldn't care if you have one or not? Whats the deal with that. Am I wrong to assume its ok?
I personally don't see why they would care, but to address this issue,I have made the pod very easy to install/uninstall, and including quick disconnects for the wires. It wouldn't take more than 5 minutes to remove the pod/gauge,and tuck the wires/tube into the dash.

I have pod #2

Its worked perfectly since the day I got it. Rick was a very stand up guy, and went to a lot of work to get his product out. I was mostly using it while I had a tune, but have since sold said tune. I still like watching my boost, just because I am a techno geek like that. You always should be watching your boost, that way you know if everything is working right.

I say keep selling if there is a demand. I know that I love mine Rick!!

Find somebody around you that has one. Very good placement, and doesnt block vision at all. I was very worried about it too when I got it, but now that I have been driving around for several months, I havent had any issues with it. Even didnt slide out while I was at the track taking corners at 55mph+.

Thanks Parker!

It's quite an undertaking creating a quantity of a hand made product, but when I hear people happy with it, and getting good use of it, it makes it all worth while!

I never thought of that. Is it possible to put the Nav to the right? I have I-Drive, so I dont have that issue.

I really like the idea, most of the design, and am especially impressed by the execution.

"Continuous improvement" wasn't a choice in the poll... What about a hooded design?

I hope I don't sound like a broken record .

Hooded designs look very bulky... you could always just use one of these:

How come... ITs a great product.. you really should keep making these. If the money isn't there, raise the price (after the group buy) Orders may go down, but you can do it on the side..

I think he is just now starting to see a small bit of profit and that is not including the price of his time....

Great products like this come and go, I am just glad I had a chance to work with Rick and get this great product.

Everyone should jump on these ASAP!

I will probably start selling/re-selling more products for the 3 series eventually... Its fun to have a little side business selling things that you enjoy working on.
