My friend backed into me and dented my door...

So does anyone know if I would need to replace my whole door or could a shop get this dent out and then paint it? I'm trying to figure out how to post a picture

You'd need to go to some shops for a quote. Many dent repair shops do a nice job, and you'd never tell. But if it's not flawless, then I wouldn't do it.

Panel beaters can fix just about anything, and a dented door would be super easy for them.

Go get some quotes, see if they can match, respray and blend BMW colours.

If it's a dent with no scratch or no crack on the paint itself, then should be no problem
fora dent removal professional to fix it. I had one over in CA perform miracles for me.
Should be able to get one in FL too I imagine.

I'd ask a body shop their capabilities. The estimate is free.
