Any nice Sub 15k 320D M Sport Coupes around?
There doesn't seem to be any M Sport Coupe 320Ds for sale anywhere that are really special.
Has anyone bumped into anything? |

£15k on a 320d?
Why spend anywhere near that? I'm not knocking the car - I have one - but I didn't buy a 4 pot diesel for its specialness. With the the F30 out now too, the 320d e90 is rather low in the pecking order. If it must be a 320d for its frugality, just get a cheaper one. Otherwise get a 330d/335d and enjoy the fact that that is a bit more 'special'. I love my car but mainly because it was dirt cheap, it's a tool for getting from a-b cheaply and I've just started my own business. Last time I spent £15k on a car it was a fully loaded 535d m sport and there is no 320d in the world that could compare to that. Just my 2p |

Sorry for the late reply.
You have a valid point mobilejo but age means I can't get insured on anything above the 320D at reasonable cost. Believe me if I was older I wouldn't even hesitate because I have long been after a 330D. I could get insured on the 330D previously but insurance premiums have only gone one way in recent years. My special I meant one with iDrive and a few other gadgets but I have since found the right spec in a Saloon. I preferred the coupe only because it had a few more gadgets as standard like Xenons etc but have since decided that the 4 door is my preferred shape. |

Last year when I was looking for a 330D the difference in insurance between that and a 320D was around £140 per year (I am younger than you ) a figure I was more than willing to pay. My Renewal however was generated at over £1500 more, and comparison websites were the same. This year I can get virtually no quotes on that model anymore due to the price hikes in the insurance industry. |

I know we hear it again and again but motorists are being priced off the road/into smaller engined more economical cars - fuel/insurance/road tax |

They want £80 extra for a coupe and about £160 for a saloon 320D. |
