FYI. My left xenon headlight started to go pink/purple, so I bought some cheap bulbs off Amazon & replaced just the bad one. Some people say you should replace both at once to get better color matching, but I think it turned out fine.
Local indie shop wanted $150, $90 for the bulb + 1/2 hour labor. These bulbs cost $23 for a pair. It's only been 2 weeks, so we'll see how well it holds up (original bulb is factory & lasted 11 years). I had some problems with condensation inside the headlamp housing after I popped the original out to verify which type to buy, so I may make another post on how I solved that.
