FCP Euro sells a 3IM with the following details. Is the correct part for an N52 for a 2008 128i or 328i? To use with tuning and MILV?

That is right, You want the 2 port version. That price though! jeees

Milvs are in the motor so they are completely separate and Tuning is required for it to work

why would you buy this new? it's a giant chunk of plastic with no moving parts. It should be like $100 at a junkyard. They came on millions of BMWs - Z4, X3, X5, 3 series, 5 series, on and on..

If you want to be super extra safe you can get the OEM valves from them, however as said above it's quite literally just a plastic piece by itself. Get it used and clean it thoroughly inside and out.
