rear fender rolling meet. 2/25/07 meet
i can only add 3 guy to the list because he will be doing both of my cars. fender rolling take about 1 hour - 2 hours to do. the fender rolling will start at 10am- sunset which is about 5pmish. please sign up and put what time frame you want. the fee to do this is $100 for both side. i will not be doing the work. it will be done by an experience fender rolling technician. he have rolled his own fender. he is running the bbs ch with m3 offset. no negative camber require. so if he get this to work, you know he know what he is doing.. food will be provided. please pm me for my address. see you sunday.

Sorry..but imho that is pretty expensive for rolling fenders...all four corners? I have rolled fenders myself on several cars..and for friends for free. Is there some special tricks on the E90/E92? I just use a baseball bat...and a hydraulic jack...normally try to do it when it is warm outside.

let the weather warm up...and I am game..cause I will need to do my own. I did the fronts on several of Audis...97 A4, 00 S4, 01 S4 Avant, and then two or three A4/S4s of friends... Let me be the guinea pig on my car when it arrives..then I will see how hard it is. I got taught by a body shop guy I know in Redwood City...

This weekend is busy for me. I'm in Costa Mesa on Saturday, and have clients on Sunday . Maybe in the evenings?

hehehe the baseball bat method! actually works pretty well but a bit scary. i used this method on my e34. one suggestion is to use a heat gun to heat up the paint to prevent it from cracking when doing the rolling.
have fun at your fender rolling party!

the one posted on e46f is a bit dangerous.
this is a better one for reference: http://e46m3performance.com/installs...roll/index.htm again, heat up your paint with a heat gun or blow dryer before doing the rolling. disclaimer: i'm not the author of the write up in the provided link. i'm not responsible for anybody trying this method and messing up their body work, paint, or anything else on the car. that said, i'd probably let a pro/shop do the fender rolling on my e90 since it's still so new and less worries of messing up.
