Voluntary Injector Recall - Still possible?
Hi everyone,
I've got faulty injectors causing misfires on my 2008 (mfg 7/09) 335i with ~80K miles. I have read that there is a TSB voluntary recall (SU B13 14 10) for injector replacement that my car _should_ qualify for. However, the dealership is saying I don't. Has it been too long? I'm also getting intermittent codes for low fuel pressure, potentially related to the HPFP, but the codes don't stay in the car during my drive down from up north, so they never see it. Any suggestions to not have to pay $3600? Thanks, Ben |

There is more than one campaign. Enter your vin in http://www.bmw-rp.com/ to double check.
There is also a specific test procedure they can use with the computer to test the HPFP. |
