I have changed my rear sepakers myself on 320i. They are 100mm 4" full range speakers. For your 325i, I know it should be 100mm 4" bass drive + 25mm 1" tweeter. The best way is take out the speaker first before buying a new pair.
It's quite easy. Remove the cover at the back by using a small flat screwdriver. No screws indeed, just using a litte force to take the clips out of their original positions. Then you can access to the speakers. You can then remove the screws of the speakers and take it out. For me, I replace the rear pair with JBL 4" 2 way speakers (P452). It sounds good then. I will get a car technician to repalce the the front spekaers soon, as I don't know how to remove the door panel. But I know the size of the front speaker is also 100mm 4", and I am targeting another pairs of JBL P452 or DLS 424. |

Hi kelvinso, can you post some picts when you done with your upgrade? I am also planning to upgrade my stock ICE.
Here in Singapore, we only get 6 speakers in our E90. So it'll be nice to know how and what to upgrade along the road. Thank you in advance |

Yeah, I wouldn' change it either. Is it possible to replace the stock system with Logic 7?
