Problem with Bimmian
so I made a cash purchase at Bimmian in Oshawa in December. It is now late February and I have yet to receive my parts. I already paid for the items in full. when i call in to inquire about the delay i keep getting responses saying next week, next week, etc. Today being fed up I called and wanted to cancel my order seeing how it has been over 2 months now. I was told it was a custom order and they will not be able to refund me my money. Now I am stuck here with no parts and no guaranteed time on when the parts will arrive. Is there anything I would be able to do? Its been so long I don't even want the parts anymore.

Ya those are not special parts or a custom order. I would be upset if I were you too.
Tell them you want a full refund. They have to give you your money back. If they refuse tell them you'll cause a stink on the forms. They will give your money back. |

Yea just tell em you'll go spam every forum about your experience. If they dont refund ill be shocked. Nothing special about your order at all. You should've just ordered from Mike at n54 tuning.

Yes Bimmian sux balls.
You didn't custom order anything unless they have you the discount for ordering cash. But, if your parts haven't even been ordered yet then tell them to F off and give you a refund. |

They say the parts have been ordered already. i was given a pretty significant discount on my purchase for buying cash but i may as well have paid the full price to receive my parts in a fair amount of time

I've met the owner as I went in to buy a 335d matte black badge last year. Not a bad guy buy I fucking HATE it with a passion when you run a business and take 2 weeks to reply to a simple fucking email.

I am always tempted to order things from them, but then I hear all the horror stories and I back off from the idea. They need a better system to take care of potential customers. With no main competitors they could be making tons more money if people out there were spreading a positive word about them.

It's true they are the only ones doing what they are doing around here which gives them a competitive edge. They are in an amazing position to deliver good products and services too enthusiasts. They have so much potential that is being wasted because of their lack of organization and customer satisfaction. I hate to put down a company like this but I gave them a chance. Even after hearing all the negative feedback on them I thought hey they are a business and all businesses will make mistakes once in a while. I figured I would give them a chance and now because of this i will never be making a purchase from them again. They really need to step their game up.

Are business like this trying to go out of their way to dissatisfy customers and lose potential ones? maybe not but thats what it seems like. I HATE it when business's take forever to respond and just try to blow you off after getting the money. If you have too many emails to respond to then F*ckin hire one more person to do the job, it can only make the business grow and you wont lost customers. Sometimes i wonder how people even get their business so far acting like this, maybe they did it proper in the beginning but later just stopped caring after they realized they have no other competition?

Sorry to hear that.
somehow i had same experience when i ordered my LUX H8 yr ago. now i just stick with local guys to avoid any BS stories or delays, I used ecuprogram for all my bmw needs. |
