What type of rims are these?

What type of rims are these? are these the zhp ones? would they fit on an E92?

They are style 135; the M-Doublespoke off the zhp e46. they measure

Front: 18x8 et 47

Rear 18x8.5 et 50

They'd fit an e92 with some spacers...I'd run 15mm spacers front and back.
