Drifting that goes horrifically wrong (NSFW)

I stumbled accross this video whilst watching drifting video's.

It ends in a bad way with subsequent loss of life RIP.

Just shows how wrong things can go at over 100 mph and just how violent accidents can be.

If you watch again closely, the first person to be ejected only has one arm, it must have been rattling about in the car and them comes out with the second person ejected.

What the hell Carl lol. Thats a bit hardcore.

Obviously this may be taken out of context but im assuming those ppl were all gathered there to watch some kind of public display of driver skills.

The car seems to be a stock FWD vehicle with very limited capabilities couple that with the somewhat careless attitude of performing such stunts on what appears to be a busy public road, seems to come across as utterly stupid and irresponsible.

It also seems that this is in a middle eastern country. I have been to Oman and Dubai a few times generally the driving is ok obviously you get some nutters come hero wannabes and also you have the extremely rich i drive like i own the road peeps. But it seemed no more out of control than some of the driving I see here in the UK.

Still though, either way. What a terrible tragedy.

Thanks for posting.

It is hardcore Shah mate, they do high speed 100mph+ drifting out there. Plenty of videos of it. This guy lost it and it ended in disaster. When the dust settled there must have been parts of car everywhere.

The saying "shit yaself" in an accident is just a saying. I mean it can happen but people dont always "automatically" shit themselves in an accident!

Whoa.

Both passengers that come out of the car appear to have lost an arm so it could've belonged to either.

I'd mention they were probably not wearing seat belts but then again people who'd drive like that probably don't.

I think they use arm signals in Saudi Carl,so one Guy can only turn left in future, the other right

I'm always amazed at how harmless the Saudi's see drifting as being, weird.

This video has been out for quite some time and every time I see it, I don't feel bad for them at all. They always side swiped the innocent Benz SUV!

damn, it doesn't look like the car is going that fast at the beginning of the video but once the rear wheel trips on the curb/shoulder it just starts whirling like a terrier shaking a rat...

Apparently they were travelling at 120+ for the drifting, they would have scrubbed off a lot of speed sliding towards the dirt but they still would have been tanking it when it started to tip

look closely at the arm as it looks for like a foot on the end? those ejector seats sure worked well.

Could well have been a leg Jeff mate, but the first ejectee is definitely missing an arm, the fact an arm has been severed is nothing. The head injures would be horrific. Getting crushed by a rolling car several times is awful. (you can see them hanging out as it rolls over)
