Exclamation Adjustable coilover alignment not done by BMW?

I have an e90 on ST adjustable coilovers. The car is pulling hard to the right and I took it to BMW for an alignment. They did the alignment, but said the car is still pulling and they don't know why. Nothing looks bent. Beyond that, it seems they don't really want to investigate any further because I have a non-OEM suspension. They did tell me that 3 of my tires have severe cracks. Could that be causing it? Should I take the car to another place that does alignments for custom/race suspensions? Any ideas on why it's still pulling?

Definitely did not wait to change the tires. Got a set if new Hankook v12s today. The car is aligned and the shaking is gone! No need for custom alignment!!!
