So I just tried to have these perches installed from my go-to car shop. And unfortunately he wasn't able to get it done. These Perches simply would not sit right. Any idea why these aren't aligning correctly? My mechanic does alot of BMW work so if he can't figure it out, I'm not sure if these can actually fit. I even showed him this thread.
Take a look at the pics.

Is it just me or does the top look bent? It should be more flat than that.

What springs are those? Dinan? Looks like they have an extra "kink" on the end compared to stock springs.
Either way, just remove that extra "spring bar" on the lowering perches and use the stock rubber gasket there instead. There's no need for the extra tension it provides when using the stock gasket...overall height difference between the 2 methods will not be noticeable. |

That looks great! I am still debating if I want to go coilovers or springs / shocks for this thing.
I think if I go with H&R, these will not be necessary though.

Measure your wheel gap now and estimate how much drop you need. Mine was already relatively low on stock, so I only needed a 1.5inch drop. I'm happy how it turnt out. I just need to now roll my fenders as the front tires are rubbing up on my vinyl wrap.
