Just bought 2 275/35/18 on Amazon. Applied for a CC and got a $70 gift card. 2 tires to the house shipped for $260. I hope they have some decent grip for the rolls. 😁

Is anyone having rubbing issues with this tire? I have 275/35/19 and they are rubbing viciously.

Wouldn't be surprised your having rubbing issues. The federals run bigger then stated. Its said the the federals are about 15mm bigger then stated so going by that your actually might be running 290/35/19. Have you rolled your fenders and you probably still need your fenders pulled?

Still loving these, they fixed all the issues with the RSR tire (stiffer sidewall, less greasy after laps) and kept the pricing low.

How is the grip and longevity?

They are very sticky for the advertised 200tw so I guess rumors are correct and they are actually 140tw.

Also, they run wider, like about 1 size up. This is 255/35 RSR-R vs 275/35 RS-3. Look like is close to being 265/35.

How do they compare to the RS3?

They run wider for sure, they seem to be stickier and appear to be easier to balance although that would depend on the installer and the balancing machine as well. I will have more info in April when a take them to the local track.

Looking for wear characteristics as well. My RE11A's have been fantastic with grip and longevity.

I'm currently on a cheap street/track tire testing spree. Have Nankang NS-2R 120TW and will try 595 RS-RR next. I'm curious to see how they compare to NT01s.

Widest NS-2R is 265/35 which is not a good fit for my rear 10" rims.

That sucks. I'm surprised they don't have a 275 width tire. I have the 255/35 version, and they are pretty narrow compared to 275/35 NT01s.

I have my RS-RR's on the way. 255/35 18's. Will get to test them at Road Atlanta 3/17. My friend runs the Nankang and they are impressive in grip and wear.

In you signature says 240 tire? Also do you run 275 in the rear on 9" wide wheel?

I have run 275 NT01s on my 9" OE M3 wheel. IMO the tire is too wide for the wheel since it sort of gets tucked in at the end. 9.5 or 10 is what should be used.

I'm going back to square 255 setup. I did have 275 on 9".
