It is possible that the seal around the sensor may not be seated properly. As of now I am error free, but I'll see how it goes for the next few weeks and report back with findings.
Any new findings Jody?

I suppose I can rule out MAP sensor since I'm only getting 29E1. Injectors on bank 1 maybe?

I've been getting 29E1 on and off during summer and winter.
Summer time happens during long drive in cruise mode.
Lately in winter it happens often in cruise or idling.
Sometimes SES lights up. I clear the code. Then subsequent clearing SES light, 29E1 is logged in although no SES lights up. I sometimes clear it while driving. Happens while in partial throttle like cruising or idling at stop light.

I replaced my seal/O-ring and fitted the sensor back in place. I haven't had an issue or a code thrown since.

I got the dreaded 29E0, 29E1 codes.

So it's either MAP issue, O2 sensors, Ignition Coils, Injectors, dirty valves, or may be even plugs.

So it can be basically anything, right?

Where do I begin?

Visually check everything you can first. Then start with the least expensive item and easiest to replace. Also, what has been replaced already and what hasn't.

I've been getting the 29E1 code now for the last month. I'm guessing my stock injectors though for myself as I will get a cyl 6 or 1 misfire code as well if I'm really on it and my plugs and coils are new.

+1
Unfortunately for me it was injectors that sorted these codes out.

I was constantly getting 29e0 and 29e1 until I replaced my injectors.
