If your car doesn't start:
1. If you have no power at all, your battery is dead. Charge the battery or replace it. 2. If your accessories have power, try to jump start it. If it starts, your battery is too old. Replace battery. 3. If it doesn't start, it's probably your starter. Especially if you have close to 100k miles or more on the original starter. This is the case 99% of the time. This happened to me at about 100k miles. |

Have the battery load tested. That's how you know for sure. I've experienced a couple times where even trying to jump start the car wouldn't work. Turned out to be the battery and not the starter.

2006 330i won't start
All my electronics work all the windows roll down radio works lights work except for the car it just won't turn over I'm pretty positive it's the starter but just wanted to make sure it's not a fuse or something any idea how much it'll cost to get it fix car has 109k miles on it

And I'm pretty positive that you have a bad battery. The electronics still working doesn't really mean anything because a battery with 11.5 volts will operate your electronics but will not start your car. Seriously, have your battery load tested before you even think about the starter. Most auto parts stores will do load testing for FREE.
