Biggest concern about this IC is that it looks like half of it sits outside of any air stream. Is there any reason they couldn't of had it sit 1 inch higher (close the gap with the radiator)?

still want to see it tested, (pressure drop, core efficiency, flow rate compared to stock, etc) i remember in the DSM world the stock intercooler was actually very efficient for a small side mount and some kits that came out early proved to be less efficient that the stock intercooler. one thing testing out cheap parts on a 15k eclipse with a 1k new engine. But these cars?? yeah I want to see numbers or a reputation for producing high quality and high efficient part. i dont need to pay more but I will if its worth the extra cost.

I would suggest you try this FMIC first before everyone jumps on the bandwagon. I dont want to talk bad about another company but I actually tried this core a while ago and was not a happy camper. Please have someone purchase it and put it on and report back. You will see what im talking about.
