07 E90 Headlight Swap?

My 2007 E90 doesnt come with stock halo/hid so I think Im going to have to replace it.

I want HIDs + Angel Eyes added on. What are the best cost-efficient options available?

Does anyone have recommend it or have any other recommendations on what to do?
