I'm getting conflicting info on 2B3A I see some post that say this is misfire cyl6 with fuel cut off and other saying it's the DTML Diagnostic pump. Anyone have a good thread where these codes are stored?

The exact message on MHD is
DME Active Codes
2B3A- DME: DMTL, system fault.

I know this is a bit of an older thread, but did you ever figure out what issue was truly causing your 2B3A fault code? I’m looking into the same issue on my 2011 328xi. I have a Launch code reader and it’s telling me the code is 2B3A, which commonly appears to be a cylinder misfire and likely a coil or plug issue. But in the description of the code reader it’s saying “DMTL, system fault”. So I’m scratching my head as to whether i should start by swapping around some coils to trouble shoot this, or just replace the DMTL.
