anyone asking about the IS-F race...

I drove an IS-F... insanely quiet until you really get on the throttle. I got to do a follow-the-leader deal at the California Auto Speedway as part of Lexus Performance Driving event. Then we had a professional drive us in one. The traction control seems to be insanely aggressive as the driver tried sliding out the rear, and he got minimal slip. The car is also very smooth over the curbs.
It's not bad for Lexus' first try, but it faces an extremely steep uphill battle with its competition.

Would I choose one over the M3, S4, or C63? No. That said, I wouldn't buy those cars either. I'll gladly take any for free though...
