N54 Walnut Blasting Kit

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 225.00

Or Best Offer

Item Interest
Save yourself a bunch of money, do the walnut blasting service yourself. It's a pretty easy process, just time consuming.

Comes with:
Media Blaster
Hoses and Nozzles
N54 Aluminum Adapter
Remote Starter
Set of N54 intake manifold and throttle body gaskets

Has everything you need to get the job done besides the actual walnut media. There is some left in the container although it's not nearly enough to complete the job.

This kit was only used once on my 2008 135i and it worked very well. You can also use the kit for any other car you will just need the correct adapter for the engine.

$225 OBO.

Local pickup only in Buffalo NY.

If you would ship, I'll take it. Also, where do you buy the walnut media?

What type of compressor did you use with this? Most tutorials I have seen recommend something around 20 gallon or up...but would love to hear if people are successful with lower capacity compressors

My compressor (Kobalt brand) is 17 gallons and 150psi but it does take a really long time to fill up. Had really good success with it although a larger capacity or a faster fill up would have made the job a little quicker.
