I deleted the music collection before backup (to minimise the hbmedia partition backup) and re-uploaded using the glovebox USB afterwards (took forever). System is marginally faster but I did it for preserving the original harddrive and didn't want to spend extra for the pro compact flash card. Thanks Jagaer for the detailed DIY instructions!
