Treo 700p Bluetooth Issue

Treo 700p's have a glitch in their Bluetooth which causes the in-car display to show the name of the last person who called rather than the current caller. I was unsure of where to place responsibility for this problem until I noticed that the same thing occurs when my phone is linked to my Garmin Nuvi GPS.

I plan to contact Palm.
