Hey Zigsman, I ended up ordering one (two actually) but one will not work and only saw that after the fact. I needed one that worked with a 2009+ e90 and I ended up getting the expensive one.

Hope it works out for ya! If not, I have a few different cables and adapters...along with an assortment of software including DIS/TIS, the INPA package, SSS Progman, ISTA, Bavarian Technic, and others. Just let me know if you need anything.

I am looking for a recommendation on a good garage to have a limited slip differential installed in my 2012 e92 328i.

I removed my own pumpkin and took it to Arizona Driveshaft for the diff to be installed. If I recall correctly it cost me about $175 to have them install it in the pumpkin. No problems at all. Recommended. Not sure what they'd charge to drop the pumpkin and do the complete install. Might want to check with them though.
