Hifi Coding for Alpine Retrofit
After having my Alpine retrofit fitted for over a year I finally got it coded, $676 added to Rad2, VO readout confirmed it was there. I don't notice a huge change in audio quality but I'm not sure how dramatic it should be.
Few questions: - Everyone seems to complain that there PDC gongs become much quieter after coding to Hifi, but mine sound identical? - Do you need to change the wiring/Amp switch position when coding to Hifi? It was all plugged in as was correct for my Professional HU but not sure if it needs to be changed now? I can't remember what the option was for. |

You should have noticed a change in the volume settings.
