No problem! Thanks for sharing the picture. Your car looks amazing with the EC-7's and the meaty 255's all around

Looks awesome! Do you know if this offset would interfere with coilover perches?

Typically there won't be any interference with most setups. If your coilovers will use concial front springs, a 3mm or 5mm spacer may be required depending on how you have the ride height set.

So I plan on buying a set of the EC-7 when they come back in stock for the size I need. I think 18x8.5 et35 in satin was low in stock.

I was wondering if I were to pick up my wheels from your warehouse and I brought my own tires would you guys mount and balance the wheels for me?

Thanks for the post! Unfortunately our warehouse is not setup to offer local pickup or the use of customer-supplied tires.

All products must be shipped, and we are only able to install tires that are purchased directly from us.

Let us know if you have any additional questions!

We recently added Federal 595RS-RR Tires to our catalog and we are quite impressed with the value -- an Extreme Summer Tire well under $200. Check out the wheel and tire setup on @1sweet_m3's E92 M3 with 18" EC-7 wheels and Federal 595RS-RR tires.

I am interested in the EC-7 for my 2008 E93. It is on stock suspension except for some SPP lowering perches in the front. I have never rolled the fenders.

I am currently running a square set-up with some MS 12mm spacers in the rear. 19x8.5 ET 35 Alufelgen CS7s wrapped with 235-35/19 Michelin Pilot Sports (almost new).

Realistically, what are my choices in 19"? Of course, I would love to go as concave as possible. Can I get into a Profile 2 or 3 without modifications if I go with the 19x9" wheel?

Isaiah,

We do offer a number of EC-7 fitments that can work for your E93! Due to the limited clearances on the front of the E9x 3 series, we are unable to offer a Profile 2 or Profile 3 in the EC-7 design. We are able to offer a Profile 2 rear fitment for this application, which I have listed below:

Front: 19x8.5" ET35 or ET38 with 235/35-19
Rear: 19x9.5" ET33 with 265/30-19
  • Direct fit.
  • 245/35-19 front tires can be used.
  • 275/30-19 rear tires may require rolled fenders and/or negative camber depending on ride height.
  • LCI sedan and wagon may require rolled rear fenders and/or negative camber to prevent rubbing.

I hope this helped provide some clarity!

- Max

Thanks, Max. That was my pre-post understanding. I was just hoping I had that wrong, somehow.

I still like the EC-7s a lot, even in Profile one. Just trying to decide whether they are enough of a change from my CS-7s. I'm doing other upgrades right now and have a hankerin' to change shoes as well....something a little more aggressive to go with the new front, sides and rear. Maybe EC-7s in gunmetal.

I wish the EC-7s had been around 7.5 years ago when I got the Alufelgens.

What about the Arc-8? Same thing or would the 19"x8.5 ET20 (Profile 3) work on an unmodified-front E93?

The EC-7's would suit your E93 quite well!

The ARC-8 is available in a 19x8.5 ET35 for this application. Unfortunately the 19x8.5 ET20 is just a bit too aggressive for the E93 front end and will require quite a bit of negative camber to clear the fender.
