Have you tried Car-Part.com? If you buy from the USA its probably easiest to get it shipped to the border and have a company take it across for you.

What is the part number on the inside of your wheel? There are I believe 3 revisions of the Style 230 wheels. A few years ago I replaced my two fronts after having bent them. I had the original 36116774724, and replaced them with 36116785002. When I took them in to a tire shop for the swap, they called back and said that the inside geometry and back face were completely different, and my existing TPMS sensors would not fit. I had to return the set of wheels and hunt down the original part number.

Anyway, I'm now doing the same for the rears. One of them got cracked and won't hold air, and I'm getting two of the latest revision (36116785003) since I can't find the originals (36116774725).

If you are after one of these originals, I can see about how much it would cost to send to you.
