Light up OEM ZHP shift knob retrofitted onto E92 335is
Hi everyone,
Context: I bought a new OEM ZHP shift knob that fits the F10 M5. I wanted to get the F10 M5 ZHP shift knob because it provides the light up emblems. I made it to retrofit for my E92 M3. ( I did this by taking off the plastic trim that was originally for the F10 M5 and then replaced it with the plastic trim for my M3 Shift knob ) Now, I want to run the same exact ZHP shift knob on my 335is, but I noticed that it doesn't come with the cord to light the emblems. I heard that there was a forum member who was able to retrofit it by connecting the cord to the cigarette lighter in order to power the light up emblems. I couldn't find the original post, If anyone has any input/advice, that would be great! -Dylan Last edited by teasang; 01-11-2022 at 10:27 AM.. |
