E90 Rear Subframe

Hi All,

The part number for my rear subframe is 33316783715 so regardless whether this comes from an e92 or 1 series 118d automatic LCI or what ever as long as the part number is the same it's the same subframe right?

Correct. For diesels only.

Petrols

M3s

Don't know what the differences are though.

Difference between the diesel and petrol ones is the diff mountings. M3 has same diff mounts as petrols I believe, but different mounting for the toe arm. Other than that, they all bolt up the same, as far as I know.

Well, I checked and according to realoem and the Facebook listing this was a rear subframe from an LCI 325D E91 and according to realoem its exactly the same. What made me skeptical though is.. The guy said he would sell it for £30 spondoolies! I was like.. This is too good to be true, rock bottom I found was £90 and upto £150 but despite the odds it's in my kitchen and looks 10 times better than my one with all bushes looking good and now that I know it's the differential that's different I'd say it also looks exactly the same.
