The fold side mirrors with locking is posted on the Bimmergeeks Protool page.
I posted it earlier too.

I wonder if this is the same issue I have with enabling 5 blink turn signal, I can't get it enabled on my other keyfob.

I have enabled euro hazards (double blinks) but that's not the case when using my other keyfob.

There is certainly something going on.

I have the same issue with the 5 blinks, it only works for one of my keys, and not the other. Not sure why that's the case.

As for lighting voltages, I managed to finally find it. I believe I went Safety, footwell module, and then select the new functions menu, and you should see voltages or something similar. Hope that helps! If you still can't find it, I'll actually go out and doublecheck on my car and post the steps. It actually brightened up the halos quite nicely! Just waiting for my whiter bulbs to come in now

Just went out to my car and tried to change the voltages. I found were to do it but it said that my angel eyes were already turned all the way up. I was able to change the voltage on the fogs, reverse lights and maybe the low beams if I remember correctly. But there was a little box text to the voltage slider that could be checked...but I didn't know what it does so I left it alone.

+1 on the voltage increase. I noticed it right away.

Been getting lots of disconnects recently (using the bluetooth adapter).

Here are some of the nice thing I would like to see in order of priority:

- make the app/connection more stable
- start documenting some of the function. This would be a huge plus. Not talking about the expert mode, just the standard one
- a way to capture current error log. Right now I have to take screen shots before clearing errors
- prompt to confirm an action. Example reset adaptation, tap it and it should promp 'Reset Adaptation? [YES] [NO]'
- backup prompt should autofill the backup name with VIN last 7 digits, the module name, and the date and time. So example: E123456-KOMB-2019-01-20-19-45 the user then edit to whatever
- better interface. Right now so many things seem buried, like this voltage adjustment

I have a e90 lci. My car came programed with rolling down the windows by holding down the unlock button on the key fob. I bought this app hoping I was able to code rolling up the windows with the lock button. But when I got to code the option it shows already active but it doesn't work when I hold down the lock button on the fob. Does anyone have a fix to this?

So looks like some (few?) of us having "an issue" where the app shows a setting being active, but not really functioning!

I wonder if there are a specific (proper) steps to take or it's an actual bug

Just because something is "active" doesn't mean it will work. There could be other switches you have to flip, it might need VO coding to work, or you may be missing the hardware for it to function.

Yes, agree. But the case of 5 blinks actually work on one key but not the other indicates there is something going on.

I don't know, possibly. BMW keys are sometimes weird. CA for example only works on one of mine.. I could probably make it work, but it's the one my wife uses anyway.

you've tried coding it separately for both keys? because I think that preference is stored in the key?

If someone will post detailed instructions on how to:

1) Program the mirrors to fold on lock.

2) Delete the windshield washer fluid level warning.

I'll PayPal them $20.

Yes, I followed the same steps I did on the other key. Same with euro hazards. Works on my main key, but don't on the other key. Even though I enabled it on the other key. Yet still don't work.

It's like "you can enable this option on one key only!"

What I'll try next is disable 5 blink from the working key and see if I can enable it on my main one.

I can't guarantee I can make it work through the app, although I have the app, I prefer the old fashioned way. That I can guarantee as long as the prerequisites are there.

My friends e90 has that option when hooked up to ProTool, but I do not.
You need an FRM 2 or 3. If you have the FRM 1, you can't program this option.

IIRC when I messed with the app a few weeks ago, some stuff that was set to arrive was off and when selected not active it was ‘on’. I’ll post an example if I can remember.

Can I just put an frm2 module it without coding it, making sure everything on it works?

I was not able to make my halos or headlights brighter.
A friend was able to do it using the Carly coder. I’ve looked and looked. Sorry for the confusion.

As for the mirrors, did you follow the diy on the bimmergeeks website?
I did that and set the mirrors to fold after 3sec holding fob lock.

I have also looked for the brake lights flashing on brake force but haven’t found anything.

Also, are you 2 and everyone else using the bimmergeeks obd cable? Or a plain one from amazon/eBay?

Well thanks for trying. I managed to make my fog lights, reverse lights and interior lights have more voltage. And I'm using the Bimmergeeks bluetootooth connector. Do you have a link for the instructions?

This program has one of the worst interfaces I've ever seen but damn if it doesn't work wonderfully. Had a dynavin headunit installed and it left me with a SOS error code and protools coded it out easily. Was getting quotes for $90-100 just to get it coded out from vendors on e90post and this did it all for $60

re Bluetooth adaptors....

coding my BMW bike even some posh adaptors fail, (especially when coding new TPMS sensors to the ecu) this one is recco by author of that tool because it supports

"OBD-2 Protocols: ISO9141-2, KWP2000 slow init, KWP2000 fast init, CAN 11bit/250kB, CAN 11bit/500kB, CAN 29bit/250kB, CAN 29bit/500kB BMW Protocol: KWP2000, KWP2000*, D-CAN und UDS.

The above adapter supports the sending of long messages as well as the CAN bus via the K-Line, completely copying the segmentation of the CAN messages during transmission, so that you do not have any problems with timings when coding long messages or other special functions it needs to send. By default, the ELM327 and compatible adapters can only send 8 bytes. UniCarScan, on the other hand, has a full length of 255 bytes

UniCarScan UCSI-2000 is a new low cost OBD-2 diagnostic interface from WGSoft.de. The device supports all OBD-2 diagnostic protocols of all current vehicles and, as a special feature, all diagnostic protocols of all BMW motorcycles. This adapter is ideal for the MotoScan app and is recommended by us directly for this Andriod app. "

they do another one that doesn't specifically state its OK for the bike which is more than twice the money.
