I told myself I won't do an F81 conversion. This time around I'm married though so it'll definitely be harder to pull off lol...

Nice, congrats on marriage! Married on my end now, too. I halted my e91 conversion bc the wife loves the car. I’ve shifted my sights elsewhere and can prolly pull it off bc I’m being generous with the e91. That’s the only tip I have haha.

I recently picked up a 2011 E91 RWD/6sp/M-sport, Le Mans on saddle. Found the car here on the forum after losing out on an x-drive wagon on BaT. Man am I glad I ended up with this one. Haven't gotten good photos yet, so photo cred here goes to PO.

Very nice! Any chance you'd share how much and how many miles?!

I paid $23,500 at ~49k miles. Here's MKrazit's original listing:
https://www.e90post.com/forums/showt...6#post23140826 My wife and I dropped everything and drove almost 1900 miles round trip to inspect and purchase the car, encouraged by the seller's candor and meticulousness. Of course it's not perfect--see notes on paint work--but I was drawn in not only by the unicorn factor, but by how this particular unicorn was optioned and how POs had cared for it. Great value IMO, especially because things like the 3-stage manifold and CDV delete had already been done and the car came with a robust service history. |
