Dab radio for e90

My Bluetooth has stopped working in my 2006 e90 325 and I'm thinking about remedying this by changing to a dab radio with Bluetooth. I know there are lots of ones out there that replace the whole front unit with a large touch screen so that you can have sat nav as well, but are there straight replacements that will just fit in where the radio/CD player is now? If there are can anyone recommend one that would also blend in with the black surround. So not silver!
