BMW 320i E90/2010 N43 engine slightly shakes randomly

BMW 320i N43 engine slightly shakes randomly, when idling on (P,D gears) rpm drops and fluctuate around 100rpm, I can feel little vibration from front seats, if looking at the engine it shakes randomly, but engine idling sounds good, it just like something stuck and getting normal again in near intake manifold. No check engine or warning, error in dashboard. During acceleration and driving there is no hesitation and vibrations, it is all good.
What could be an issue? Thanks.

Here is videos: Little vibrations hard to see from engine look, but vibration sound comes randomly.

Have you tried reading out the car using a diagnostics tool/software? If so, what error codes did you get?

This could possibly be related to the Nox sensor being bad which can cause similar issues to what you're describing and the engine will run in Limp mode.

Had similar but it was due to a faulty coil pack.

Nox sensor issues some Years ago on my 320i N43 have only ever triggered the check engine light.

Mine idles around 700 rpm when cold and around 600 when warmer. Your engine seems to shake around normal though.
