Mmm, depends on the State, that is California, so supposed to have a front plate… just risking being pulled over or not. Several states do not have it, I am in Pennsylvania which does not have a front plate.

I can confirm that a set of 4 Style 513M wheels with 265/40/18 tires can fit in an E91. Along with a stroller, baby things, a baby in a car seat, and a wife.

In my area I'd probably make it about 10 miles before getting stopped for no front plate. I've just learned to live with the front plate.

Inside the windshield is the only option other than the front bumper in jersey but then you got this chunky rectangle ruining the look.
