You could but why would you? Totally not worth it. The rears do little work.

Just to verify I'm reading everything correctly, the fronts are direct bolt ons. And the rear of using 135 rotors which are smaller and 1pot rears then it's also a direct bolt on???

For the rears if using a 135 rotor that's smaller I'm not sure the size. Then the tears are a direct fit aswell

To my knowaledge no, 135i rotors are no go, you can fit the f30 rear caliper over stock 335i rear rotor.

Trying to understand of all this, so the f30 front Brembos is a direct bolt on on the e90? I thought you needed to swap out the rotors to f30's?

I can use my current master cylinder?

that would depend on rotor and pads selection, however stock for stock f30 is better, less prone to vibratos for start.

that would depend on the condition of the pistons seals, but these being fairly new I highly doubt that you will have to.

I just need further confirmation on this, I'm reading mixed info that you don't have to disassemble in order to powder coat, some say is a must. I found a spot near me that will PC for $100 but they want the calipers disassembled, another spot is charging $400 they will disassemble and put back together.

Also, can i use my dust shield or will it have to be removed or cut?

What do you consider under disassemble? I you think of removing the calipers of the car then yes, if you thinking of disassembling the calipers like removing booth seals, pistons, bleeders and etc then no as those can be taped off.

You can leave, cut it or completely remove it. Anyhow, dust shield are cheap.

Correct, seals, piston, etc. I guess i have to try and convince the shop to PC without taking them apart. Seems like they don't want responsibility if the calipers get ruined.

Ask them the temp.

You don't need to bake them. People power coat plastic and you don't bake plastic.

So the f30 fronts fit the e90 no problem but the pedal becomes soft? Is there a solution to this? Do you have less stoping power? Longer stoping distances?

Fronts are PnP with the F30 rotors. You only need to upgrade to the M3 master cylinder if upgrading the rears. The stock MC doesn't push enough fluid with the rears added.

So if I go f30 fronts and 325i rear I will be ok? Without a soft pedal?

Should be no problem. If for some reason you don't like the pedal feel you can get a used M3 MC off of Ebay for under $100 and it's PnP as well. Need those 16/17's for the rear drag setup do ya?
